Frank Crum Died Quite Suddenly at the Home of His Son, Herbert in This Boro, Sunday. Funeral Yesterday.

Frank Crum of Kibbeville died quite suddenly Sunday morning at the home of his son, Herbert in this boro, where he had been staying for some weeks. He had not been feeling very well for some time but was up and ate his breakfast that morning, after which he laid down while his wife was doing her work in the kitch­en, and when she returned a short time afterwards, she found him dead. Heart disease was the cause of his death.
The deceased was born near Ulysses 66 years ago last August, where he resided for many years.
On Dec. 8, 1876 he was united in marriage to . Miss Anna Kile of Bingham Center. For the past 27 years they have resided on their farm at Kibbeville. Farming was the occupation he followed through life. He was a good citizen and neighbor, a kind and loving husband and father and held in high esteem by his neighbors. Besides his widow he is survived by one son, Herbert Crum of Shinglehouse, five grandchildren. Also two brothers, Clark W. Crum of this boro, and John Crum of Allentown, N.Y., one slater, Mrs. Effie Spencer of D'Arcy, Sask., Can., and one half slater, Mrs. Chas. Garthwait of Bolivar. He was a member of the Odd Fellows of Oswayo and the Farmer Alliance of Chrystal.
The funeral was beld at the son's home yesterday afternoon at two o'clock, with Rev. S.J. Hughes officiating. The burial ·was made in Maple Grove Cemetery.
