Mrs. Lena Kemp Dies In Olean Clinic
Mrs. Lena Florence Kemp, passed away at the Olean Mountain Clinic, Jan. 21, 1960, after a long illness.
She was born July 15, 1892, in Sharon Township, Pa., a daughter of the late Wilder and Julia Donovan Torrey. She married Reva Kemp in 1913.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jesse Taylor, Eldred , and Mrs. Lawrence Allen, Shinglehouse; One son, Leonard M. Kemp, Shinglehouse; 16 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were conducted at the Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse, Saturday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock.
The Rev. Neil Haynes, pastor of the Bellrun Union Church, officiated, and burial was made in Chrystal Cemetery, Chrystal, Pa.
