MISS LULU KEIR
Miss Lulu Keir passed away quite suddenly on Nov. 6, 1940, at two o'clock. She was born at Eleven Mile and had resided in this section all her life. She was a good Christian woman and for a long time was a member of the M. E. Church. She was a Past Noble Grand, a member of the O. E. S., Minnehaha Rebekah Lodge and Sharon Grange.
The funeral was held in the M. E. Church, Saturday afternoon at two o'clock, with the pastor, Rev. A. J. Bailey, officiating, and was largely attended. Interment was made in the family lot in Maple Grove cemetery in this boro. The Order of the Eastern Star was in charge of the committal services.
She is survived by two sisters, and two 'brothers: Mrs. E. B. Dodd of this boro and Mrs. Earl Cuneo of Tioga, Claude Keir of Millport and Charles Osborn of Shinglehouse; also several nieces and nephews.
