Betty J. Burdick, native of Coudersport, Pa.
MIDDLEPORT -- Betty J. Burdick, 65, of Townline Road died Sunday (July 13, 2003) in her home after a lengthy illness
Born March 8, 1938, in Coudersport, Pa., she was a daughter of the late John and Genevieve Mericle Creaton.
Mrs. Burdick had worked in housekeeping at Lockport Hospital, retiring in 1998 after 20 years of service.
She lived in Middleport for the past seven years and previously resided in Lockport.
Surviving are her children, Vickie (Bernard Maldonado) Burdick and Larry (Lynn Clark) Burdick, both of Middleport, Scott (Jackie) Burdick of Barker and Tony Burdick of Lockport; grandchildren, Tanya, Nicole, Lisa, Stephanie, Tabatha, Sarah and Steven; two sisters, Mary (Bob) Goodell of Middleport and Alice Blovet of Tennessee; and a brother, John Creaton of Middleport.
Friends and family are invited to attend visitation today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Sherrie Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St., Gasport, where funeral services will be held Wednesday (July 16, 2003) at 10 a.m. The Rev. Louis Mericle will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Shinglehouse, Pa.
